ASUS Zenfone 10 to launch on June 29
Today, the phone manufacturer confirmed that it will launch the next flagship smartphone on June 29 at an event in Taiwan. While Asus offers a live stream of the launch event, the phone is expected to launch in Europe and other countries in Asia. According to the earlier reports, the Zenfone 10 will cost $749 for the 16GB + 256GB model.
Asus has scheduled the launch event for 9 a.m. ET/6 a.m. PT/ 2 p.m. BST on June 29. The company announced that the newest phone will feature a compact and stylish design. Additionally, the Asus Zenfone 10 will come with some unspecified AI features and an improved camera system, compared to its predecessor Zenfone 9.
The new Zenfone series will likely be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 4nm Mobile Chipset with Adreno next-gen GPU. Also, it will feature a 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB or 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage options. It is claimed to have a 200-megapixel camera with OIS, and 8K video recording support.
While the phone will have a 5,000mAh battery with 67W fast charging, it will run Android 13-based ASUS ZenUI 10 out of the box. On the display, it will probably have a 6.3-inch Full HD+ AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate.
